“ I’ve only been once - queue was super long but it moved quickly. The sandwich I got (buffalo chicken) was quite good but don’t think it warranted a €10.50 price tag… Food came really quick which was great as I was under pressure to get back to work. Server behind the til was a bit rude when I went back to her to ask her something (she literally put her hand up at eye level and said “WAIT”. I felt I was being scolded by a schoolteacher), but whatever. Understand she was busy but there was no need for that. The music indoors was a bit too loud and the atmosphere a bit chaotic. Weather was great though so I sat outside and that was grand. All in all, a good place, and worth going if you work nearby and want to get food quickly. Personally I don’t see the hype - it was fine, but just way too expensive for what it was. Was good to try but I wouldn’t run back! ”
“ The food at Carved Grand Canal is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Service is quick and friendly, which makes it a great lunch spot. The atmosphere isn’t anything special, but the food more than makes up for it. Perfect if you’re looking for a reliably good bite in the area. ”
“ Really nice sandwiches, and the service is pretty fast to be so busy. The soup was extraordinary with a nice spicy hint. Beef brisket it’s delicious, the meat is super soft and the caramelised onions make it really juicy. ”
“ YUM. Amazing food. Super fast and friendly service. We had the buffalo chicken and the feather made beef sandwich and both were great. The roasted potatoes were perfect too. We sat outside in the sun and really enjoyed the whole experience. ”
“ we came here during our lunch break, we ordered different types of sandwiches and baked potatoes. fast and polite service. Everything was pretty good except that in the buffalo sandwich, in addition to the spicy, there was a hard piece of plastic!! I almost broke a tooth! ”
“ I tried their Buffalo Chicken sandwich (they offer halal chicken) and it was delicious. Portion size was good with perfect blend of all fresh ingredients. A must try!! ”
“ Very tasty sandwiches, service was fast and the location was also clean. Would recommend ”
“ This is an absolute belter of a spot for food for the beef brisket, buffalo chicken & baby garlic potatoes, the bread they use is best I've ever had, the brisket and salads added are so fresh, this is definitely my go to sandwich location. There was quite a big que but the speed that it went was a testament to how well this place is ran. 10/10 can't recommend it enough ”
